As Admissions Registrar it is a pleasure to meet parents and their children to show them around the School and to help them settle into their education at St. Aubyn's.

The main points of entry to the school are the Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception) and at ages 7 (National Curriculum Year 3) and 11 (National Curriculum Year 7), with entry at other ages dependent upon vacancies occurring.

Application to the Admissions Registrar should be made as soon as possible.  Entry to the Foundation Stage is by date of registration and a subsequent visit to the school.  Prompt registration is advisable as lists for entry are generally well in excess of the places available.

It is also advisable to register early for entry to older age groups.  Entry at this stage is by assessment and interview.

There is a non-refundable Registration Fee of £50 and a further deposit of £500, payable when a firm place is accepted (and returned once your child has left the school provided that he/she remains at the school at least until the end of Year 6).  A registration form, which can be printed, completed and posted with payment, is available under the Related Links section of this webpage.

More detailed information about our Registration and Admission Procedures are also available under the Related Links section of this webpage.

If you are a prospective or registered parent please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone or email (registrar@staubyns.com) if you wish to discuss any matters relating to the above, or to arrange a tour of the school.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Mrs Georgina Hogwood (Admissions Registrar)
