On 23rd October, myself, Mr Townson and Miss Morris returned from a very successful 5 day meeting in Prague. This was the first meeting of our new Comenius project 'Creativity in a Digital World' in which nine countries (Czech Republic, Italy, Catalonia (Spain), Greece, Romania, Turkey, Slovenia, Poland and of course the UK) are working together.
Many ideas were shared by the Comenius teachers, focussing on how we can use ICT to enhance our pupils' learning experiences. It was fantastic to see pupils in Prague using ICT in some of their lessons. As the project progresses, both teachers and pupils at St. Aubyn's will share experiences in this project, which promises not only to improve our skills and knowledge, but also further broaden our horizons and understanding of other countries and cultures.
