In February 2010 the School’s Investor’s in People status was reviewed. The Executive Summary of the Review Report states that:
This review has identified that this school remains very progressive and that there have been significant changes in both fabric and structure since the last review three years ago, all of which have clearly had a very positive impact.
The vision and ethos of the school remains strong and embedded within its people, both new additions and established members:
Fortiter, Fideliter, Feliciter Bravely, Faithfully, Happily
Through a period of change and development in the schools physical and organisational structure, significant improvements have been recognised in communication; systems & support; people engagement & involvement and facilities & resources, particularly in the
way in which they are managed and utilised.
In summary this is an excellent school, with strong focussed Leadership and a committed and dedicated cohort. They all are engaged in continuing to develop its resources and offering in a positive, proactive approach to the learning experience of its students and
community.
