The Eco-Committee are a group of pupils from Years 1 to 8 who meet to plan ways for the school community to look after our environment. They have produced an eco code for staff and pupils to follow. They have also been reponsible for developing a number of eco initiatives in recent years such as recycling old mobile phones and printer cartridges, organising the composting of fruit waste, organising monitors for switching off lights and electrical appliances, promoting walking and cycling to school and growing our own fruit and vegetables.
The achievements of the Eco-Committee resulted in St. Aubyn's being awarded the Eco-Schools Silver Award in 2009.
